The implementation of the project contributes to increasing the employability of the long-term unemployed in the rural area of Zadar County who are the target group of the project. 8 rural local self-government units were selected for the project area (directly affected by the war) whose tourist potential needs to be connected with the development opportunities of agriculture.
The project is an evolution of the project "AlterPOP: Encouraging entrepreneurship through the promotion of Alternative Agricultural Production" (2015/2016) during which, in communication with family farms and agricultural producers, it was determined that they do not have specific knowledge for bookkeeping and application of projects to the measures in rural development and other tenders for EU co-financed projects, as these services are expensive or they do not have information on the persons / companies performing them.
